You literally explained the reason as to why online orders fail….yeah, not the postal code. i live in a relatively remove place and most couriers don't ship here so online ordering often fails. typically i contact the vendor and it gets sorted out.
except with you guys. still no response to my enquiry. no pm to my concern when expressed on this forum. just a post saying that either i or the website made a mistake. that's the opposite of customer service.
