Hi folks:

I'm a firearms enthusiast living in Orangeville, Ontario. I usually shoot my cooey model 60 and ruger 10-22, and most recently picked up a savage edge that I'm hoping to try out this weekend. I'm very fortunate to have a good friend with some property nearby that I can legally shoot at, however I'm looking to join a club close to home sometime in the near future as I would like to get into some pistol shooting. I've been a big fan of this forum for quite some time, and I look forward to being able to contribute to some of the excellent discussion on here.

I grew up and went to school in Orangeville. If i remember correctly there is a range out by Blind Line and Hockley RD. but this is old information. For all I know it closed many years ago.
 
The Dufferin Northern Peel Anglers and Hunters club is located at 5 Sideroad and Blind line. They have a Trap Range, 100yard rifle range, Archery , pistol group etc. You could stop by anytime and get info on the club .
As I recall membership is limited to 300 members , not sure what the membership numbers are at now.
 
Thanks for all the replies folks, I'm unfortunately going to have to miss this weekends show in Orangeville (wife says I need to be home all day because it's our wedding anniversary), however I will be at the 5 Dec show. I'm looking forward to being a contributing member of this great online community.
