Before I pull the trigger on my order of 1k norinco 45 acp, I just want to know if it's good stuff or I should just look at other options

It's being shot out of a Colt 1911 Gold Cup National Match if that matters at all, simple plinking (maybe black badge course, idk)

Thanks

Great value for the price. They work fine for me. Shoots a little smokey and dirty, but nothing that doesn't clean up easily. Got a couple that had the cases a little corroded, but they still shot ok.

It is definitely not mil spec and is a bit underpowered in my estimation (have not chronied it though). The brass seems to be ok. Accuracy is ok. Has to be the dirtiest stuff I have ever fired out of a .45. Not sure what they are using for gunpowder, but I have a funny feeling it came from the south end of a Chinese yak.

Dirty, reliable and cheap. Dirt cheap actually, which makes the 'dirty' clean up somehow apropos.
I'm definitely buying more. Even if it's a little under-powered, I've yet to meet the piece of paper that can withstand it's assault!

I have a few cases of the Norc .45. not as well refined or shiny as namebrand, outer box is not pretty with flashy pictures, but functions very well and goes bang everytime!

NORC ammo is consistent with their firearms (AR15, M305, 1911), functions better than most shooters but cosmetically the ugly Betty.

As for dirty nothing compare to firing lead.

runs great in my JR carbine ,but has a strong flavor ,you get the full flavor due to the ambi charging handle slot and am getting used to it kinda like ikkiban noodles

I shoot it all the time in my Sig. Not the cleanest ammo out there, but the price is right, and I've yet to have a round fail.
