How's your SR1911 Holding up??

mine has about a 1000 thru it, and absolutely nothing wrong with it at all. very tight, smooth, accurate and reliable. And looks nice too.

I had a very good shooter use it and he put 3 of 5 in one hole and the other two were touching each other about half an inch low and left. 10m distance, IDPA target indoors. Norinco ammo.

He usually shoots more expensive stuff, and he told me not to do anything to it at all. My trigger is very nice. Maybe I got a real nice one?
 
I don't have one myself but 3 of the 4 owned by people I regularly shoot with have lost their front sights. Other that that issue, they seem to be holding up and are generally well liked by their owners.
