Well, since the few recent threads that have made mention of some feeding troubles with the HP9-1's I'd like to get any owners input or other knowledgeable people on what they did to correct the trouble. With mine it seems that sometimes if I don't really get agressive with the action, it will fail to let another shell come from the magazine tube. The shell latch isn't letting the next round come from the tube. Simply cycle the action again and it usually funtions fine. Other than the shell latch troubles the shotty runs fine. I know there must be a quick fix to this situation. Thanks for the help,
AG.

i had to take mine back to the shop because the mag housing was not bored big enough after that it has been perfect

The very first time I cycled my action I noticed this. However I was being too gentle with it. I rack it hard every time now and Ive had zero problems since I got tough with it :)

A customer of ours had the same problem with his. To me it seemed like a timing issue with the position of the bolt to the shellstop. It was like the bolt was just skipping over the shellstop too late. Save your dough and buy a Rem. It doesn't pay to comprimise, especially with a tool you may need to save you life. The problem with Norinco isn't quality, it's consistency. To me, they just aren't worth the hassle. Peace of mind and confidence goes a long way.
