I'm soon going to have 50-100 Winchester Universal 12ga hulls, along with some Win slug and Federal buckshot hulls, all 2-3/4 inch.

Are they worth anything to anyone? Can I sell them?
If not, I'll just give them away to someone for the cost of shipping, or go with my original plan of just trashing them.

With all the good hulls that are easy to find I do not think that Winchester Universal hulls are worth the cost of shipping.

i dont reload shotshell yet but i belive it is the steel base that makes em ####ty
the brass base hulls might be usefull to someone but they are still not worth shipping just find someone to give them to unless you have a few thousand..

Nothing really bad about them but they are not really good. There are lots better choices to choose from. Premium hulls like Winchester AA, Remington STS and Federal Gold Medal are all designed to be reloaded. These usually have brass heads instead of steel and either are one peace construction or do not have a paper base wad. Shells like the universal are designed for the throw away market. They can be loaded at least one time, but why bother to buy them when they are free for the picking at most ranges. The few times in my life I have bought hulls, they have been the old style AA, got them for cheap, and wanted them by the thousands instead of 50. The only reaason I reload is so that I can shoot lots and 50 to a hundred is not worth looking up a load for the hull.
