I got this M95M in 7.92 mauser off the EE for $100. its a Hungarian made rifle for the Bulgarian army then modified by Yugoslavia for there army.
its a project gun. right now I have the metal and I ordered a full length steyr stock to see if i can get my uncle to cut it down and fit it for this rifle. still need the top Yugo mauser wood.
the bore is mint. so I am hoping its going to be a good shooter one day.
here is pics of the parts with parts of one of my M95 short rifles.

This is the 95M or 95/24 Model designation. Many people think that this was done by the Germans, but it was Yugoslavia that did it and the ones with German markings are captured rifles.

The 95M uses a special internal "clip" that is inserted into the magazine and stays there, not being ejected on the last shot. It appears from your photo that this clip is missing from your rifle and you will need it to have the 8x57 rounds load properly. DO NOT LOAD THIS RIFLE WITH SINGLE ROUNDS DROPPED INTO THE CHAMBER AS YOU WILL BREAK THE EXTRACTOR.

The 95M used cut down rifle stocks. The barrel channel must be enlarged for the heavier barrel. (This same barrel was used for the Model 1924 Yugo Mauser rifle.)

The 95M was apparently used for the Rifle and the M95/24 used for the Carbine versions. The Yakov Poshinger Arms and Ammunition Company (FOMU), altered about 120,000 of them in 1938-1939.

These were not intended for issue to front line troops, but rather secondary troops like artillery, transport, and other support troops. Some of these made their way to Greece.

The German Captured ones were designated the "Karbiner M494(g), Karbiner M505(g) and Karbiner M505(j)."

I thought they were loaded with the regular K98 stripper clips and had the magazine altered as to not need the en-blocs ? Harold

They were loaded with a regular stripper clip. However, the magazine had an adapter that looked like an en-bloc clip inserted into it that allowed the 8x57 rounds to be retained. Sort of a "filler clip" that remained in the magazine when the rifle was empty, and did not fall out the bottom after the last cartridge was loaded. This "adapter clip" had the top lips made to provide proper feeding. Regular M95 clips do not work.
