Hungarian Mosin Sniper M52 Scope Replacement or Refurbish?

I have a Hungarian Mosin Sniper with a Hungarian PU scope.

The scope unfortunately has some tiny black freckles obstructing the Field of view in a couple spots near the reticle.

Does anyone know where I could get the scope cleaned? Or Where I can find a good quality replacement for target shooting?

Trace scope repairs might be able to help ?...however if that scope matches that rifle,I'd be inclined to leave it alone,..or find someone who is familiar with PU scopes...there are imitation scopes out there as well if you want to put the orginal aside...I believe Westrifle sells them...
