The reality is that those game farms introduce a number of new people to the sport of hunting every year, and are also pretty much the only hunting option for people with limited mobility (an increasing issue as the population gets older).
As such, as long as they remain strictly regulated, I don't see them being any different than fishing outfitters whom restock their lakes every year after the season is over.
