Hey all,

I am wondering if anyone has shot the Hunt Group Arms MH12 12ga side by side?

If so, what do you think of it? Did it cycle well? Did it jam?

The reason I ask is because I am thinking of buying one. Specifically the M4 Tactical with a 20" barrel.

Any comments would help my decision. Thank you!

Never heard of this shotgun until now. My buddy owns a DP-12 & loves it, but damn this one way cheaper. I’m seriously gonna have to look into this like yourself. Where are u looking at purchasing one?
 
I just did research all afternoon on this gun. Trigger Wholesale or whatever getting charged with like 50 million fraud or something like that. They were the importers.

I read a lot of good about them & found a used one for $900 shipped to my door in Dessert Brown with M4 stock. Done deal! Thanks for this post lmao!
 
No probs. Where did you find yours? I'm thinking M4 stock as well, either in OD Green or Tactical Black with 20" barrel. I've been looking at ########### but might just buy new. Let me know how you like it!

Found mine on a Gun Town Post site or something like that. He was a motivated seller. It’s the 14” version. I’ll definitely do a review & even YouTube video comparing mine to my buddies DP-12
 
I found a guy who was trying to contact Hunt Group Arms direct on their FB page. He had one fixed stock, 14” FDE. Had feed ramp issues (had to tweak one) then one firing pin broke. Got frustrated & sold the gun. I contacted a locked dealer. They said Trigger Wholesale will either change names, or another company will take over ect.. but parts will still be available as they have been around in Canada for many years.
 
Well that's not too bad. At least parts are readily available. I had expected an issue of some description, but it doesn't sound like anything too major. Really looking forward to seeing your video review!
 
Mine arrived today. Took it to the gun room, field stripped, cleaned, lubed everything. Slides, bolts, barrels,chokes ect. Rear stock was loose, so got that tightened up. Flipped the Magpul front around as it was in backwards. Installed my carry handle & checked laser bore sight. She’s good & ready to go!!! If I knew how to post pics I would. Always had trouble doing so I this site for some reason. This MH12 005 model (10+2) weighs 10lbs unloaded. She’s a tank.
 
Very nice - I am jealous! The one I was looking at buying, the guy never returned my messages. I am still on the hunt for one - although I will have to wait a bit. Just spent some money on a Mossberg 590A1. Can't wait to see your video!

I have found two more for sale. One on here in BC & one in AB in ST Paul on infomall. Both asking 1k
 
Well I’m heading out wild boar hunting, & my buddy with his DP-12 going ad well. I have new GoPro 8 & lots of mounts. Hope I can make a video comparing the 2 shotguns. We head out April 7-12. So be a little after that I’ll have video up..
