Hey guys I recently got a Hunt Group Hurricane FD12 and was trying to figure out warranty on this thing it was advertised to have, 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty; Managed in Canada by TWI I have no idea who they are it was suppose to come with a card with all the info needed to make sure about the warranty but was not in the case when I opened it. If anyone has info or got a picture of said warranty card on how to get and make claims whenever to send an all I would appreciate it. I already tried to contact the retailer who sold it to me and used to be on CGN but I don’t see them here anymore probably for a reason since they were all ready to help when I mentioned warranty and tried to sell me some other stuff but then flat out ignored me after I declined and just wanted to know about warranty.

I believe the warranty in Canada is thru O’Dell Engineering Ltd in Ontario, my friend had to deal with them and said they were excellent to deal with.

Someone in Ontario in repainting Hunt group now.
Can't remeber who it is.
But the gun shop you got it from would have known that the gun has no warranty now as TWI is no longer.
Please let me know what store it was.
Also to be noted Hunt group is not a manufacturer they are and exporter/ importer.
So guns could me made by anyone.
I would contact huntgroup and see if the new importer is willing to help

Ooof ok thanks to another CGN’er for updating and sending info bout twi…..yup guess they aren’t handling warranty anymore. I see I’ll email hunt group and see I guess, I have heard that Odell is taking care of the Canuck fd12 so maybe I’ll also try to contact them and see maybe if they do other fd12 models can’t hurt I guess thanks so much for the reply’s guys!

impact is the company that brought all the stock from TWI, but there is another importer for Huntgroup.
