Hunters in Dunnville, Ontario beware

Went to my property just outside of Dunnville today to find that two of our tree stands were conveniently removed. They were chained and locked to the trees but someone decided to cut the chains.

There have been quite a few reports of thefts and break in enters in the area. We also found one of our fences was knocked down by those friendly snow mobilers who do not own any land but have a snow machine and decide they can go where they want.

Anyone in the area beware of trespassers as they appear to be stealing hunting gear in the bush as I was advised by the OPP.

I think I may hunt a new kind of animal this hunting season....

Lost two stands a few years ago, set up a tree with the stand in it and sawed 8 tenths through it ,came back a few weeks later and tree was down . Stand was still chained on . Enjoy your new hunt .
