hunting coyotes at dusk

Hi Guys,

I'm going to try and get some coyotes tomorrow morning, its raining tonight, and might be raining in the morning, is it still worth it to go out?

I just want to know if they will be out and about in the rain....

I personally don't like to hunt in the rain - that's just me though. If it is hard rain, like ourselves coyotes will wait it out. Some of the best hunting to be had is after a rain/snow storm because the coyotes will be nice and hungry after waiting a day or two. Me I just don't like to hunt in the rain because I have to clean everything afterwards (rifle/gear/etc) and being paranoid of rust, that means I have to do it right away which I don't like to do after a long day in the cold (getting old and weak I guess). Give her a go and let us know how it went.
