There is great hunting for small and big game within an hours drive of Edmonton. However, further away from the big city, the better. Good luck and have fun.

I would suggest not hunting in Edmonton. Take a drive out of town and have a look. Try and get out of the truck once in a while ( I hear that doesn't happen much in Alberta).
