Hunting in Halifax

Hunted today,

Sun Up to Sun Down.

Saw 1 Grouse (as we pulled into our parking spot, logger road, gun in the trunk) he got away.

1 Rabbit, shot at him on the move, thought I hit him but he ran into some really thick bush, looked for him for what seemed like an hour.

3 spots, about 30km apart. NOTHING.

Can someone recommend / take me along somewhere worth hunting in HRM???

I'm getting hungry.

I haven't been seeing many rabbits around this year, lots of grouse right in my area anyway, probably an hour - hour and a half from Halifax ( NE of Truro) later in the season I could hook you up with some promising spots, or point some out to hit on your own.
