Hunting in Michigan

Hello all;

I have a question; I'm going hunting in Michigan next week - pheasant - and am wondering what if anything is required to bring our harvest back into Canada. One of our group is American so if we have to give it all to him we can, but would prefer to bring it home obviously. Any thoughts?

Shouldn’t be an issue.
If they ask you at customs say you were hunting pheasants.
They might ask to see your PAL and firearm

I never had any problems bringing deer back from there

Make sure you have proper documents of taking in your gun im still waiting for mine also list exactly how much ammo you will be taking in .if your a non resident alien you need to get paperwork to cross and have on your person unless your borowing there.i was at dicks and had no problem buying ammo when they saw my licence but they do not allow handgun calibers
