hunting in northern alberta

hey fellas i'm up here in the NWT and some of my friends and i want to shoot some deer. i have a friend in alberta who will be our hunters host but none of us really know where to find some deer. peace river is about as south as we can come. i want some venison in me freezer and a rack on my wall, let me know guys, i got a long weekend coming up and gotta make some plans. thanks

Lot's of deer along the Peace, including some of the biggest Wts I've ever seen. Find out where your HH goes, and get landowners permission (or just hunt crown land). There are some good deer around High Level, and John D'or Prairie as well. - dan
