My small game card/ Hunting license expired 20 years ago, can I renew it without having to retake a hunter safety course ? Thank you
 
Yes.....just bring your old license in with you as proof. Not sure where you live in Ontario ......but a good MNR office is in Aurora (Yonge/Bloomington). A friend of mine walked in there with a 25 year old license and they helped him out.

I got back into hunting after a 15 year absence and was told to bring my old paper licence in. I was however S.O.L. and had to do the whole course again.
 
If you had a outdoors card hopefully they have your number in the system and they should be able to look it up for you that is what they card with the picture of the moose is called
 
Thank you for the help everyone. I will go into the local Service Ontario location and see what they can do. My card went MIA years ago.
 
What's the harm in retaking the course, you may learn a thing or two, 20 years is a long time,
