Hunting on Sunday

B.C has been open for business on Sunday for years.

When was it ever closed to hunting on Sunday in BC?
I have had hunting licences in BC ever since 1946. Always open to Sunday hunting.

BC has no restrictions on sunday hunting. i don't tend to go out on sunday, but that is by choice.

its nearly 2009, FFS - not 1950. there should be an MNR webpage that you just enter a location and it would tell you the WMU and the exact current regulations, seasons and bag limits for hunting and fishing in it. but i guess that would require the MNR to actually spend a few grand of its multi-million dollar revenues to pay someone to create and maintain it
you could just type in the locations youll be hunting/fishing in, print out the relevant pages, and away you go.

i hunt in several WMUs and its so bloody annoying to always have to flip through dozens of newsprint or .PDF pages each year to check the regs, mark the relevant ones and then have to do it all AGAIN to doublecheck. i even have to do it in the WMUs i am familiar with just in case they changed something that year.

My time and funds are limited, so I'm happy that the hunting opportunities in southern Alberta have been expanded this year to include limited Sunday hunting.

Sunday hunting was not illegal in Ontario, thats one reason I bought my bow, know I am stuck sharing the bush with gun hunters....that sucks....
