I moved to Van island(Im in Victoria) a few years back from Sask.I did plenty of hunting while I lived there ,but due to work etc,still havent got around to doing any hunting here.However,this year I would like to get out and try some local hunting(probably balck tail deer).Ive got my BC hunting permit all sorted out,so no problems there.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where is a good place to arrange some hunting,up island,or around Victoria.Ive heard that theres alot of posted land,so Im looking for crown land etc,ie a place thats reachable from Victoria for weekend hunting
