Nope. You could have a scope and a red dot for each gun that would be pre-sighted in on QD rings. Swapping a scope sighted on one gun will require sighting in on another. even if you sight it on both guns and record the clicks, you are asking for trouble.
Can I ask what red dot and what scope you are going with? Many do, but I would not personally hunt with a red dot. Batteries fail, one hunt and forget to turn it off, the dot is too dim in bright light, too bright at dusk and dawn, optics on a red dot (lenses) are typically crap and game through most bargain red dot scopes appear darker than looking with your eyes. A good scope on the other hand will brighten the image considerably. A variable scope in the 1-4x dialed down works better for me even for close shots than a red dot.
