One of the most important pieces of equipment is the pride and joy of the hunting vehicle. Without this it would be very difficult to get out into the field. Be it a VW Bug or a Dodge Hemi lets see your rig. Mine is a Toyota Tacoma with the off road package, locking rear differential and a Warn Winch in the near future. This is one of the few photo's I have........................ with my son and his 2012 mule deer buck.

Here is my dad standing beside his pick-up truck, back in the 1950's. I would love to have one of these for nostagia reasons which of course use for hunting.

Holy crap is that deer as big as it looks? nice work and nice rig.

As my uncle once said, "and that was the biggest deer I ever fit inside a Volkswagen Bug." God I wish he took more pictures.

I have the same truck Track (silver Tacoma access cab trd/sr5). I like it but it's a pig on fuel for a smaller truck. I've put an ICON 3.5" front 2" rear lift kit and slightly bigger tires on it. Planning on doing an aluminum bumper and winch as well as slightly bigger tires on it in the next year or so (HAVE TO STOP BUYING GUNS FIRST!!).

My primary truck.

My other truck I just got certified a couple of months ago. Has been parked since moving here.

It's a daily driver but it also has other uses, hunting, fishing, off roading, camping, etc..

Going to start building a "baja" basket for the roof rack to haul spare tires and other needed things.

Here's my rig from few years ago, 1967 Landrover 88 Series II, awesome off-road and extremely slow everywhere else. I use a Chev pick-up and a quad now.

+! for the boots and canoe. A truck just gets me to the edge, then no truck or atv for me. Transport to the area only
Transport to the area only? How do you return back home? How do you get your game home or to the butchers? Do you live right where you hunt?............just asking.

Nearly unstoppable and yet still completely impractical. One of my hunting party bought a 4door Xcab 4x4 F150 so this has been retired from hunting duty. The only part I miss is watching my two 6 foot hunting buddies argue about who has to climb into the back seat haha.
