Is it actually a possible thing to do these days anywhere on Southern Vancouver Island? Went for a drive today with the wife on the old Renfrew Road, haven't been there for awhile. From the bottom of Kopore Hill to Weeks Lake we were surprised by the amount of garbage at every turnout and any bank where you could pull off and disgard of items. It is quite frustrating. With more areas being gated, less roads are available for us to use.
A few months ago, I found in a pile of garbage amongst timelife books on the wilderness, children's toys, and other household stuff that bears, squrriels, rabbits, and deer do not read or play with, I also found paystubs. I called up the Conservation Officer, and he told me unless I catch them in person on Crown Land there wasn't anything that could be done about it.
What are we suppose to do?
