Sabatti has long history extending back to medieval Italy. As a blanket statement, very old gun makers tend to build quality products. But like many North Americans, I am not familiar with their rifles, Sabatti isn't even listed in the Blue book, they are however a big deal in Europe. I would feel safe assuming they are a well made rifle, and would consider one if the style of the stock and the action suited my taste (or lack of). If you still have doubts, there is certainly nothing wrong with a commercial Husqvarna, I've owned several and they have all been very good, but then again I like wood stocks, and CRF actions.
