Husqvarna .220 Swift question

Hey guys I've been looking for a 220 swift for a long time. I've found a used one and need help determining a price. I have yet to see it, but the only info I have is its a husqvarna and it has the numbers 1952 on it according to the guy who has it. I'm assuming that's the model number? That's all the info I have but with that is there anyone who could tell me roughly what to offer for it or what it's worth? I wish I had more info but it's all I have right now. He claims its in like new condition. Thanks in advance!
 
Well, I can't say waht that number can be, probably part of the serial number.
As per 9.3mauser pointed, they are fairly rare in Canada. They were built from 1949 to about 1954 on "commercial" FN 98 actions.
 
Well for a few hundred $$$ more you can buy a new ruger .... Try profit river that's were I bought mine...... I just love it .... And coyote out to 500 meter drop no problem .......paff-boom ..... Ahhh I love it !!!!!!!
