Hi, I know this is an old thread but I just had my Browning BPS done in Victoria, BC at Victoria Hydrographics. They were awesome to deal with and charged what I thought was a very reasonable price! The quality was excellent. They are still new to doing firearms so just be sure you are very thorough about telling them what parts should be taped/plugged etc so it all fits together well at the end.
