I have a SAM military 1911 in 9mm, I can get these measurements when I get home if you wish I have a dial caliper. I don't believe my barrel is ramped but will verify when I get home unless someone beats me to it.

Sams use a standard sized barrel, same outside dimensions as any .45 (.577-.582 there about)
Nork use a skinny 9mm barrel (.496-.501 or there abouts).
Make sure you know what kind of barrel you want measured.
