Here it is it is not the price 230.00 + taxes but when i will be strolling in my part of the wood looking for a couples of fat grouses while in deer season, i might have to come back to our lake house to get the 4X4 because a nice 200 pounder will be laying down after being shot with...my little bugger... JP.

It is rifled all the way for the 45 Colt, except the one and a half inch screw- in choke to shoot 410, went on ballistic by the inch and i should expect 1200-1250 fps out of the rifle with a lead 250 gr, i will put i over the Oehler very soon... JP.

A 45 colt or 44-40 at close range from a carbine was used for many years as a dog punchers gun.
Granted this is a single shot vs. A multi shot lever gun.
A 250grn bullet @ 1200fps ought to stop a deer I'd think....I mean that's what an in line muzzle loader shoots.

Oh that is cool, I guess I did not look close enough to see that choke wrench in the pic. If that will pattern 410 and put a 45 slug in a pie plate at 75 yards you got your self a sweet rig. Once you shoot it please post a review. smart gun.

My inline muzzleloaders are about 1850fps average with a 338gr platinum powerbelt
However deer aren't that thick I agree a 250gr slug at 1200fps will do just fine on deer and black bear

Any sponsor have these in stock? Seen epps has on, but sold. That's all I could find. Been wanting one for a while

Yesterday, i had the guy i know at Le Baron check in the inventory and he told me, it show one in stock at the Markham store... JP.

One of them will shoot like #### and tht is most likely the .410 because shot through a rifled barrel causes it to donut and throw the pattern outwards with nothing in the middle where you pointed your gun.

Could not be more wrong sir they thought about that, they have the special full choke that stop the spinning of the shot and make a perfect pattern... take a look and as far shooting the 45 Colt look at that target... Regards. JP.:slap:

Show me some .410 shot shell patterns on paper and I'll believe you.

So do you have to remove the choke every time you shoot 45 Colt?

I will take a picture for you, you wont see the difference with a regular 410 and yes you have to remove the choke when you shoot the 45 Colt, pretty amazed at the performance for 230.00... JP.
