I can't reply to posts?

Please Help!!

I've tried to reply to some post and I've tried to "contact us" but this is the message I keep getting. What am I doing wrong?

What posts are you trying to reply to?
If the posts are in the EE, they may NOT be replied to.
Any posts in the EE must be replied to via the PM function, or through Email.
