Well it all started off when the CZ-858 caught my eye. I had been watching EE to see if there were any for sale. They would come and go but I could never come around to actually coughing up the cash to get myself one until two weeks ago.
I was visiting my uncle who has a nice collection of firearms of all sorts and went out to the range as we normally do. This time he decided to bring his two Mosin Nagents, one Carbine, the other a 1943 stamped sniper rifle, both in 7.62 Russian. As I was looking at the Cz-858 I was curious as to what the feel of a 7.62x39 was so my uncle suggested I bring his Egytian Rasheed.
After a few rounds through the Mosin Sniper I decided to give the Rasheed a try and was I ever thrilled! I blasted through 70 rounds and the whole time I'm sure I had the biggest s**t eating grin
All in all it was a great day at the range and how I got the bug. Now I'm as anxious as ever to get back to the range because my very own Cz-858 arrived today
. I guess I'll have to wait and see where this takes me.
Cheers, Jacko
