No1Mk111 and No4Mk1 as you stated.
As they said...the mag with the latch plus spring on the rear is No 1 Mk III. The one with just the simple latch is No 4 Mk 1.
I've seen both work in the other rifle...sometimes they need fitting, sometimes they just go in and work perfectly.

The No1 MKIII mag has a replacement follower. No sure who "UCF" is however I seen the mark on a lot of No4 replacement followers. If your going to use this in a rifle you will want to get the correct follower to have it feed reliably.
