Well about 16yrs ago I sold my beloved 686 PPC gun in order to fund an engagement ring but as luck would have it, I found it again and now have purchased it back. It is exactly as I remember except for a change of grips. It is built on an original 686-no dash and probably has the nicest trigger of any PPC gun I have ever tried.

Tengoo is 100% on that one. Never sell your guns for the pittance you will get. Work around it and the money will come from somewhere.

That from an old man that's been there.

Nope, did not have to sell the ring to buy it back. My club was closing down back when I sold it and the gun laws had just changed-shooting sports in my area did not look too promising back then and cash was tight-just nice to get it back.

That's a great looking gun you have there. Good to hear you got it back.
About a month ago I bought back my 586 PPC gun that I had sold to a friend about 18-19 years ago. I was really glad to get it back too so I know how you feel. I hope you have a great time getting reaquainted with it. :)

What a cool story. Congrats but don't sell it again.

NO, NO, NO! Marry a woman who buys you guns for goodness sake!!

But if you sell your girl then your qualified to wear a purple corduroy suit and drive a classic Chev Impala... and a hat... you can wear a really big hat with feathers.
PLUS, she'll be too tired to b*tch at you. Win Win.
