Actually, I do believe he has mended his evil ways with regards to Milsurps. He really does give a pretty good haircut, and even SMELLIE tolerates having his hair cut there every so often.

Perhaps. like many other things in life, there are Good Bubbas and there are Bad Bubbas.

The Bad Bubbas seem to have an affinity for firearms, and vastly outnumber the Good Bubbas.
