Well, well, well...

On saturday I went to UPS and got my Brand Spankin NEW Falcon 5.5-25x50 scope :rockOn: .... let me tell you

This is a one-piece thing of beauty. The clicks are both audible and you can feel then though your gloves.

The glass compared to few of mine and couple of my buddies scopes, looks very clear, and actually I couldn't tell the difference between this one and the Bushnell 6-24T, one thing I like about Falcon is their parallax adjustment works very well, as when I compared to Leupy IV Tac, it was easier to adjust Falcon than Leupy as I would always skip the focus point on Leupy and then I'd have to go all the way to the end and back :confused:

I didn't shoot it yet, but I will be getting out in the next few weeks to test the scope and to test my rifle that had some neat work done by Jerry (Mystic) :cool: ... I'll post the full review with box test and so on

here are few pics of scope, one thing to note, for Falcon, my advise would be to produce a small brochure or catalogue with some of the offerings and include it in the package...;)

I'm so happy the 50mm objective fits Medium Glen Seekins rings :p , and I thing I can even use flip-ups with that

How is the crosshair size at low and high? Also the eye relief?

I have a feeling that this new Falcon could be one heck of a scope for the price point. I really like the other versions that I have. If they got everything right with this one, they will have one heck of a winner.

I won't lie, it was my concern too and I did email Falcon directly to find out about the size of the line, and it's .1mil

I haven't tested it yet, but a guy I spoke to shoots this scope to 800yards and tells me that he can keep the cross on the 10 without problems...this I will verify :)

ps. I've tried to make a pic of both, but my photo skills are pathetic, so I will explain ones I test it

I would be interested in this as well since I submitted my order in June and I am still waiting for the customs paperwork to clear in the UK, as are the US dealers I know.

For those that have orders in with me, I assure you this is not one of mine. I have questions in to Falcon right now on the status of my order.

but to reassure, if any other way I'd get it from CyberK he's a dealer :welcome:

ps. I did get personal customs permit, and got 'em all approaved :cool: so this one is 100% legit

Falcon Optics is a good bunch of dedicated people...

Yes!!! I can't wait for them to get here either. There is one with my name on it!!!

I got word from Falcon today that our export paperwork is in the "final review phase" and that they should get clearance to ship "soon". It only takes about three days via UPS to get here from the UK once they ship.

This order is pretty much sold out, we have three left. I am probably going to put another order in soon.

Sweet, That means my two 4-14FFPs shouldn't be much longer :D I wish the Falcon website was working so I could fondle them with my eyes until they get here...

We will have some of the 5.5-25x50FFP, like the one Ruthless bought, in about 3 weeks. Demand for the 50mm objective wasn't huge on our first order, but this post seems to have sparked a bit of interest. 56mm was the big seller on the first order.
 
50mm is the shiznit ;)
Lower profile for a tiny loss of light and field of view :p plus it must be a little lighter

it's low enough to take Medium rings that I have from Seekins and for the

Still no definite timeframe on the 1.5-5x30SIR. Last I heard was fall. I ask ever time I talk to them, but they don't have a firm date yet. I could have sold 50 of these in the last month!!!
