I've done the impossible!

It's a mid run production Gen 3 9mm, with somewhere around 3k by me on it. Ammo was 115g MFS. Stove pipe malfunction on the last round of a 10/17 mag. I did my I.A., slammed in a new mag and continued on with another 100 trouble free rounds.

So yes, Gen 3 Glocks do malfunction! Not sure what caused it, my first thought was the ammo, but I've never had any problem before with MFS. I was moving at the time and I may not have been as focused as I should have been on my grip, don't know. Not particularly worried about it, just thought I'd share for you Glock haters out there!

Lol, score one for my M&P! My buddy had a feed failure with his Glock at the range a while back. Everyone was shocked, one person even went so far as to suggest the gun must be broken. It happens, just not very often.

Haters gunna hate lol
Glock malfunction threads bring us out of the wood work truth is i hate glocks but dam are they dependable. My shooting buddy has probaly 80k rounds through his and aside from replacing routine parts it keeps going.

^^ I'm the second owner, so round count is not known, if I had to guess, I'd say the first owner had less than 1k through it. Mag was recent purchase. I do need to give all my mags (AR included), a good cleaning though, they get used hard.

Well, your Glock is an obvious lemon. If you pay shipping I'll take it off your hands and just shoot it with it's current issues.

You must have bought a metric buttload of MFS if you're still shooting it - hasn't been any of that around here to my knowledge for months!! If there is some around let me know, I'm sick of picking up brass, and I'm going to need to do a production run of reloads soon - and I don't have the time.
