I knew I hated .22 for a reason

Henry survival rifle or Marlin Papoose. Even a Ruger 10/22 takedown would be a better choice. Autoloaders but much more reliable for a lightweight survival rifle. All have outstanding customer service. Helps feed a poor starving American family ;)

From my experience, Remington couldn't manufacture a decent firearm cartridge to save their collective lives. Any Remmington rim fires I've fired are dirty, unreliable, and inaccurate. Any centrefire Remmington ammo I've fired I could never get to group out any rifle I've owned... Anyways, CCI rimfire ammo (mini-mags and standard velocity target, specifically) has never failed to impress me.
