give them a few days to response, must be a crazy show over there. I have always got my email repsonded.

Never purchased from IRG yet but one thing I like about them is seeing how they are quick to respond to these types of threads. They can't control their phone ringing off the hook and inadvertently missing calls but they can control their response to threads like this and they seem to have a good track record from what I have seen. Makes me feel confident with any future purchase I may make.
