How much you want a bet these are custom plastic furniture made by the Nork factory for a large arsenal order like Burma. Let's just keep mind wood doesn't do well in humid conditions...

Its not hard to get as I can link up some contacts, the hard part is getting it out the country. Being in Kachin territory and having anythings to do with arms will easily get you tortured/killed when you face customs.

I'm not sure about the front sight but I think that's the sight for the grenade launcher.

I highly doubt there are functioning postal services in the Kachin controlled areas. The Kachin Type81s are strictly procured/produced for the Kachin/Karen/Shan Armies, which is at war with the Mayanmar government.
