I need a gunsmith for a Uberti Colt Lightning

Does anyone know a gunsmith that can work on Uberti Colt Lightning clones?

Mine does not like to load new rounds. It jams when I reach the end of my rearward pump. A simple push on the bolt carrage is enough to start it moving forward.
