I'm no expert but the nice ones are starting about 1200-1300$. It is not what you what for an answer but I suggest you to wait a little bit to buy.
I recently bought a Kimber Custom II TLE from P&D Enterprise and the gun is amazing (put aside that it came new and scratched), excellent gun. For my first 1911 it is great gun. And now i'm hooked to 1911. They fit my small hands better than my Sig or revolvers.
