I need help selecting scope mount/rings on a remington 700

Im going to order some rings and bases for one of my remingtons and dont want mounts that over lap the bolt area like the leopold dovetail mounts that i had on this long action 700 previously. On the remington site they show long action 700's with rings and mounts that dont overlap.I prefer dovetail type mounts but any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
 
Weaver Grand Slam Steel bases. They accept any weaver style ring - Leupold QRW, PRW, Burris etc. I would go with the TPS HRT Aluminum rings - 7075 stronger then most steels.
