i know some of you will call me crazy but in my youth my favorite movie was magnum force with clint eastwood and i fell in love with the 4 inch python, but with the fed making all pistols with 4 inch barrel prohibited i never got to get one,when i hear the colt was making python again i got so excited for the 4.25 inch barrel but they only make it in stainless i want a blue one with the wood grip just like in the movie.
i will be getting a python with a 6 inch barrel soon and was thinking if a gunsmith with good machinist skill could cut the barrel to 4.25 that would be amazing
so if anyone know a gunsmith that could do that i would really appreciate it and what i would have to do with the cfo after the change, thank for your help.
