I need help with Henry H001V

I just bought a Henry H001V in 17 HMR a very fun rifle but I want "sling swivels" front and back were can I find them on line any place. Please

LeBaron's and Cabela's both carry them. Uncle Mike's, should cost around $20. The front stud clamps onto the tube and the back stud screws in as normal.
I owned the same gun...
