I need help with my trijicon

HI, I bought a RMR years ago, somehow the dot doesn't show up anymore(not a battery issue), I went to Trijicon website, and when I tried to register my rmr warranty, I found out I can only register my warranty if I bought it in US, does that mean I don't have a warrant coverage?

If you still have the receipt, call or go to the store you purchased it from and request help. They will be able to steer you in the right direction.

Call Trijicon directly on the phone. Talk to them, they stand behind their products. I've dealt with them before and they are great.

So it just isn't showing up anymore? that's weird?

They have a good product, try calling them?

I had to correct an issue with a disappearing dot and it's a simple fix. Take a tiny strip of folded paper and place it under the copper coloured contact on the sight (top) side of the RMR. I found this has eliminated the issue that was chronic with earlier products.
