I'm pretty much out of tools and ideas here.

I tried getting a punch + hammer, cooling the FH and then heating the nut, I did a vice. I did a vice grip with a vice in the spool trying to tighten it further. This thing has not budged. All different sizes and types of pliers, except the castle nut plier.

Anyone know where I can get one? Or lend me one?
I'm open to other suggestions.

he did not mention it so i had to ask. ;)
it is a commonly missed thing believe it or not.
just like many guys that have shown up to our clinics who didn't realize that the cleaning kit and stuff that was missing from the box of thier new rifle..... was in the butstock all along :D :D :D

yeah I forgot to mention it, yeah I took the little screw out with my new set of allen keys (dammit). Mine was not actually touching the castle nut...

Thanks for the quick response though ;)

The nut might turn a little bit inside the clearance cut, but the flash suppressor might still be welded to the barrel. Drill, grind or smash it off. The Stickies have lots of tips. (After mine ate a half-dozen drill bits, the solution was to grind out the welding rod material with the end of a cylindrical chainsaw sharpening grinding bit.)
