I out did the Old Man!

Day break season a last hunt been waiting for him for 3 months and he finaly made a mistake!

One of the if not the heaviest deer I have ever shot, I did not wieght him but trust me when it takes 3 guys to yank him out hes big and thick and heavy!

I have shot better racks for sure, but not a thicker deer, this guy was a monster

I am a thick guy myself and this one is as wide as me the rafters are 11 foot from the floor

And this is a picture of my dad between the 2 deer, he shot his on Thursday I got mine this am at 7:15

200lbs is my guess
We got one at our camp dressed 225lb on scales, it dwarfed Frank when hung up behind him who runs about 260lbs!

Yes this one was hard to judge, if it was only 200 I would have to say its not the haviest i have shot by a lot, saing that it takes alot of deer to make 200 lbs. Seemed heavier to me but it really hard to judge it, was long and thick and the arse end was thick vs the normal drawn out skinny. also have him up past the rafters 18-20 inches with his legs

I would have loved to take this one before the rut!
