Are beards tactical now too? If I watch one more gun review by a guy in tactical clothing sporting a yeti beard, I'm gonna snap.

I think the guys from gun gripes tested an AR and an AK at 400yds or so, with identical reflex sights.. Both were on target and group sizes were similar and that's with milsurp ammo.

Do it! The last 2 winters I have grown one out and absolutely love it. My last shave was the last week in Aug and I probably won't touch my face with a razor until sometime in Feb. I really didn't realize how much it sucks to shave until I stopped. Real men have facial hair. HAHA...Jk ;)

I find stropping my razor, lathering up (soap and badger brush) and whacking off that stubble a lot easier to deal with than the itch :cool:

Yeah that itch does suck but I've found that Jojoba oil helps tremendously in keeping the skin from getting irritated. Besides, after about 3 - 4 weeks the itch is mostly gone. At least for me it is.

You mentioned the CDF in another thread and Kevin B asked what it was? So, what is the CDF you belonged to?
The Canadian Defence Force was a unit raised, in 1916 I believe, for men who were not fit to fight overseas during the Great War. They would be troops for the defence of Canada.

...On topic, that is a very, very nice AK. Probably one I would own if it wouldn't instantly turn me into a homicidal right-wing baby killing anti-immigration neo-nazi. I'm glad we have these laws to protect us from ourselves.:rolleyes:
 
I could only watch up to 5 shots because I know that every shot from 6 onwards was killing a baby or a kitten, school girl, nun or any number of other of God's creatures.......Jesus wept....

Don't you people know that every true operator fresh out of the sand box has a beard? It helps to blend in with the hadji's.
