I wanna slip my knobs!

Just bought a Falcon Menace 4.5-18x56 and I'm trying to zero the knobs.Should be easy enough but they won't budge.And yes I'm undoing the screw! Am I missing something or have other people found them stiff coming off?

I believe there is more than one screw. At least there is on mine.

The knobs on my Falcon are very hard to pull off. Yank harder.
