That sounds like the best possible problem to me. What you need is a machinist to start making stuff for you.
 
Is it possible Fab to ship you a 10/22 and pay you for the parts and labor and simply return the completed product as pictured? I'd be interested in the total price not including the 10/22.

Guess we'll have to see on the Umarex.
