I have asked. Vault said that keltec has tried on several occasions to export it, but that the us gov't won't let it be exported because its an AR pistol. I really don't understand the reasoning because they let out RA pistols, and RRA AR "pistols" which are pretty much identical in their overall form. I am really sad cause i would love a rifle calibre pistol for $799 (if it was the same price as the SU-16). Maybe they will try again in the future but from what i understand it is a no go as of now.
